Are you an experienced recruiter looking for work you can do from home? You'll do the heavy lifting for SMEs by assessing their applicants on their behalf and providing insights and recommendations. As a contractor you'll be offered work as and when it is available, anywhere from 10-40 hours a month. 

Enjoy variety across industries and roles; you could be recruiting for trades, customer services, accounts, warehousing, truck drivers, supply chain, sales and anything in between.

You'll assess candidates CVs online, phone screen and provide summaries of the recommended candidates, and reference checks. You’ll build relationships with candidates, understand their motivation and ensure they match the company culture. You’ll ideally have been an in-house recruiter and understand best practice recruitment methods, but also have the pace and urgency of an agency recruiter.

You'll contract to Talent Seed who provide affordable 'virtual recruiter' services, to small and medium businesses, having done so since 2010. This is not an agency model, we do recruitment as and when needed, under our clients' own brands. Acting as their outsourced recruitment team our focus is to find the right values fit for the business.  We take pride in providing expertise and services, that are normally outside of their reach financially.
