Accounts Administrator

Enjoy working school hours for a benchtop manufacturing business. You’ll administer the accounts as well as carry out some office admin. You’ll use Xero and be across the tracking, reconciliation and management of anything financial.
Day-to-day you will produce invoices, reconcile statements, manage debtors, credit check new customers, monitor time tracking (for accurate billing) and administer other systems that keep the company operating smoothly. Reporting to the Office Manager you are happy to assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
An experienced administrator you’re financially and computer literate. Possessing solid accounts experience, you’re confident overseeing and managing debtors and keeping finances up to date. You bring a strong understanding of SME financial systems, ideally Xero. Naturally, you can work the hours of 9am – 2.30pm, Monday to Friday.
