Thrive leading a 12–15 person crew, planning the day, keeping production humming, and keeping quality sharp to produce around 30 benchtops a week. You’ll have autonomy, access to leaders who listen, and a path for growth. 

Oversee the floor across cutting, polishing, profiling and quality control — solve problems as they arise, keep jobs on track, and ensure completed benchtops meet the mark. When you’re not coordinating, you’ll work alongside the team to deliver, coach and lead by example.

You’ll bring:

• Deep experience in stone benchtop fabrication; you’ll pitch in, coach others and set the bar

• Proven team leadership of ~10–15 tradespeople; with a firm-but-fair, positive,  genuinely caring style

• Solid planning skills, backed by sufficient computer skills to maintain schedules and keep email clear.

• Calm, quick-thinking problem-solver who acts early to prevent bottlenecks

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality; there’ll be no surprises leaving the factory          

• Confidence leading workflows and improving processes
