As Management Accountant, you’ll take complex manufacturing activity and deliver costing integrity, margin visibility, and operational insight that leaders rely on to price work, manage performance, and protect profitability.

Working alongside production and operations, you’ll own the management accounting lens across standard costing, job costing, WIP, and inventory analysis. You’ll stay

close to work as it moves through the factory, tracking cost behaviour and margin drivers, ensuring activity is reflected correctly through the cost, and ERP systems setup.   

Over time, you’ll use that hands-on exposure to build a deep understanding of cost behaviour, refining cost models and processes to strengthen consistency, margin visibility, and commercial discipline across the business. You’ll have a supportive manager and direct access to decision-makers.

 Confident and commercially minded, you bring:

• Solid experience in management accounting, costing, or manufacturing finance within a manufacturing environment – you can handle complexity

• Strong experience with ERP systems and cost-driven environments

• Comfort operating close to the business, proven at building trust with operational teams and explaining financial impacts in plain language

• High attention to detail, combined with the confidence to question and improve processes

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• Ideally, you’re working towards CIMA or CPA
