Thrive in a role where your creative eye and organisational skills come together. As Assistant to the Production team, you’ll be integral in keeping offshore production on track, to spec, and documented. Appreciate working for an award-winning business recognised for its sustainable approach.

Day-to-day, you’ll create range boards, garment and product specifications, and packaging artwork, plus coordinate with factories and manage production samples. Maintain colour and print libraries and ensure barcodes, stickers, and swing-tags are ready to go. Enjoy juggling multiple projects and stages while ensuring every detail is covered.

Need flexibility? This role can be full-time or part-time (e.g. three days or school hours), and can include some evening hours from home to align with offshore time zones. We’re open to how that might look.

You bring:

• A product development or garment tech background, so you understand how ideas become finished goods

• Forward-thinking and organised to spot what’s needed next and get ahead of it

• Sharp attention to detail, knowing small misses can create big issues later, so you keep to the process

• Clear, practical communication with suppliers, keeping expectations and timelines aligned

• Urgency and comfort working at pace, though you’re calm and pivot when priorities shift

• Collaborative, you muck in with the team and pick things up wherever needed

• Confidence using tools like Illustrator or Photoshop, plus solid Excel basics and familiarity with Adobe Suite

• Ideally, have an idea of garment fabrication, fit and construction
