Day to day you'll lead digital strategy across our client base, manage and optimise social and ad accounts, track KPIs and turn the numbers into decisions, and work with our designers and strategists to ship campaigns that actually move revenue. You'll mentor others as you go, so the whole studio gets sharper.

This is a player-coach role, not an ivory-tower one. You'll own our digital and full-funnel acquisition thinking, but you'll also keep your hands on the digital platform accounts day-to-day. You'll likely have:

• Around 8+ years in performance marketing, agency or in-house, with a track record of growing consumer brands through paid digital

• Hands-on digital ad expertise, because you'll be in the accounts, making it work not just reviewing them

• A driver's attitude: self-starting, high initiative, and happy to run with things without waiting to be told

• Confident client-facing and account management skills, so you can own relationships, lead conversations and keep clients backing your calls

• Deep platform skills across EDMs, Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Loyalty programs and others

• GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion rate optimisation, landing page strategy and creative testing

• Real evidence of improving clients' engagement, acquisition cost and revenue

• Commercial instinct: you connect marketing spend to business outcomes, not vanity metrics

• Bonus points for AI search optimisation (AEO) and SEO, DV360, in platform automation and for having led or mentored others
