Appreciate no two days being the same — from warmly greeting patients to managing incoming calls, booking appointments, and handling patient enquiries. You'll be responsible for ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately and patient records are kept up to date. Confidently and accurately managing payments, daily reconciliations, and invoicing. Happy to support clinical operations by sterilising equipment, setting up clinic rooms, and ensuring podiatrists have everything they need to provide seamless, high-quality care.

To thrive you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in front desk, admin— you’re confident managing the flow
• A friendly, professional phone manner and clear, warm communication style
• Strong admin and computer skills, with attention to detail that keeps things accurate
• Natural organisation and the ability to juggle tasks calmly and efficiently
• Proactive energy — you notice what needs doing and get on with it
• Comfort in a hands-on role — you’re happy supporting both people and systems
• Flexibility to open or close the clinic as needed in a part-time, permanent role

Merivale Podiatry are a well-established, progressive podiatry practice in the heart of Merivale, supporting 3–4 podiatrists.  We're known for our exceptional customer experience. Our warm, experienced team genuinely goes above and beyond — we care, and it shows.

You'll work 25–30 hours a week, with shifts spread across mornings and afternoons to help provide full reception cover. The clinic operates between 8am and 6.30pm, and you'll share the roster with another receptionist.
